They installed our new Fujitsu pump in less time than I expected and when they went to do maintenance on our HRV, they discovered it was broken - within two days they were back to replace the HRV! 5 star - Had The Climate Guys out to do an install an after one night in, we are thoroughly impressed. The house has a different cool to it and much more comfortable. The only negative comment I have is towards myself. I spent time shopping around when I should have booked the first available appointment! I shopped all around this city and was told twice, "I can't match what The Climate Guys have quoted you". They exceeded all expectations when it came to customer service, availability and product knowledge. You won't understand until you book your quote!
